When the hell did catering get so freakin expensive?! Ive been busting my butt looking for a caterer who charges less than $80pp in hudson valley NY area and ummm....I dont think there are any! And when did they start charging a per person rate for open bar? Man oh man....i think im over my head on this one. Maybe its just me but, Im starting to feel like i want to order Pizza for my wedding lol. Thoughts anyone?

Unfortunately, we live in one of the most expensive areas in the country. Unless you go with off-season, I'm not sure you'll really be able to find anyone at that price.
You might have to get very creative, if not change your budget.
