Can I wear pants to my wedding shower?

I am not really the dress kind of gal! I own a couple of dresses but I dont really like them. Can I buy a nice pair of paints and a pretty top and wear that to my shower this saturday?

Mine is Saturday too! I plan on wearing a nice top, jeans and some rocking heels. My girls don't expect any less of me! So whatever you decide to wear. .... own it!

So I have found a nice pretty pair of charcoal gray pants. I could then wear them to work and get more use out of them.

What would go with them? I was thinking a pretty sweater, but so far havent found one I like.

I think a pale pink shirt or sweater (depending on where you live) would be pretty.
