Mike and I met when we both got voluntold to help his sister and brother in law move (him by his sister, me by his brother in law who was a good friend). We barely talked that day. Then we saw each other at a few parties and other events within our social circle. He came in my booth at Ren Faire etc. I was a substitute god parent for his niece. And we kept passing each other not really noticing. Then at his sisters halloween party suddenly we really noticed each other. His brother in law noticed us noticing each other so he kinda facilitated us talking and being left alone together. (Mike's first wife died under some rather tragic circumstances and he had a history of finding psychotic gold diggin women) Well we fell fast and hard for each other. By New Years Eve we knew we wanted to make our relationship permanent. Mike proposed to me with his niece sitting on our laps. We had the wedding of our dreams on September 28th, 2013 and cannot wait to see what the future brings us!
