At our venue they said they would set everything up if we showed them what we want but I'm planning on going the night before with some family members and doing most of the set up

No, it's not silly. I will have plenty of help but I'm the one with the vision in my mind so I will be doing a lot of the set-up before the wedding. FW is responsible for the portions she has envisioned as well and wants to set those up the way she has it planned in her head too.

Awwww that's just so thoughtful of them❤ my fiance kno how I am when it comes down to decorating especially for my big day. He says do what ever u want, and that's what I'm gonna do to make sure everything is the way I want it.
