Can i cut the mesh from my wedding dress?

It may be tricky to cleanly remove the edge. Maybe you can add something like sewing on a gold chain or something metallic colored. This could be multiple chains to keep it from looking sewn-on.

My seamstress was able to do something similar for me. My mesh neckline came up too high and she was able to lower it so it should work for your dress.
