Calling All November Weddings!

We got engaged on August 20, 2016 and we're planning an elopement for November 8, 2017 on Petit Jean Mountain. We don't really have a theme except for maybe nerd (we're bringing his light saber and my Harry Potter wand) and forest/mountain. FH says it'll look like a fairy tale so maybe even that's a theme. We don't really have a color scheme picked out. Mostly just neutral colors. He will be in a gray suit.

So my situation is weird, we're having the ceremony in Vegas on 10/18/17 but we are having our reception back home on 11/4/17 and that's really the main event as far as planning goes!

We got engaged on 12/13/16, and my colors are the same as yours!

Engaged on January 13, 2017 and planning a November 12, 2017 wedding.

No real theme, just keeping things simple. Colors are muted cranberry, eucalyptus/sage green, and beiges/creams/champagnes. We're not being picky with suits and dresses for the BP, though.

I think we've got all the big stuff done, too, so now it's down to the details... which are somehow overwhelming me way more than the stuff that costs thousands!

@BBJSEA That sounds geeky and fun! (I'm planning a lightsaber duel between my Man of Honor (Sith) & the Best Man (Jedi). Going to use instrumentals of game, anime, and fantasy (HP/LOTR) as prelude/bridal music as well. Subtle, but fun.

@Cassie Those colors are pretty popular, the cranberry is very lovely for Fall!

All the big things are out of the way now it's down to the little things!

We got engaged November 6, 2016 and our wedding is November 4. I guess you could say we have an autumn theme, we'll have lots of leaves and pumpkins. Our colors are burgundy, gold, and a dash of lavender. I have so much left to do and I'm starting to stress. These last five months are going to fly by.

We got engaged July 6, 2016 and our wedding is November 18, 2017.

We do not have a theme and our colors are purple (for me) and orange (for him). We're both big football fans and representing each of our alma maters (ECU Pirates and Tennessee Vols) since it will be a game day.

@Rachel I really wanted to incorporate our nerdisms into the wedding somehow but I didn't want to buy or make a book paper bouquet. We used his light saber and my wand in our e-pics so we'll do the same for the wedding. I'm really excited for it.

Colors are Eggplant/plum and cream with a few yellow and orange accents to go with the sunflowers.

We got engaged 7/11/2015 and getting married 11/11/2017. Going with a rustic country chic theme. Colors are grey, mint, & coral <3 (: 159 days to go!!!

What colors did you go with? We don't really have colors either. We don't have a wedding party and it is a small wedding so a color scheme is not really a big deal.
