We are planning a November 2018 wedding in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. We are interested in all inclusive resorts, wedding packages with private dinners/cocktail hour, and open bar. Looking for a beach ceremony and the reception to be held on a patio area or rooftop deck. We estimate about 70-80 people with 10 of those being children. We've been looking at a couple resorts...Riu Palace and Sandos Finisterra. Has anyone had wedding at these resorts or recommend a resort? Thank you

Hi Danielle! Congrats on your marriage in August! Did you end up getting married in Cabo as planned? where did you end up going? We're looking to have ours there in early 2022 so very interested in hearing about other's experiences.

Hi Bianca! Yes! We actually just got back from a quick trip to Cabo to check out venues. We fell in love with the beautiful venue at Grand Solmar Land's End. It is partnered with a few different resorts there so there are price points for everyone in your guest list. The Playa Grande Resort is one of them & it has more of a pool party feel with music at the pools, activities and multiple swim up bars. That will be super fun for our crew.
Where are you looking!? Have you found any you love yet?
Just saw that you're looking for a swimmable beach - the area we're in doesn't have that. but it did have whales everywhere including right in the waves that come onto the beach - no more than 20 yards out. that was amazing! It's also a quick 5-10 min walk to the marina so that made excursions and getting into downtown cabo super quick and easy.
