byo caterer venues in Philly?

Rachel, on June 30, 2018 at 6:33 PM Posted in Pennsylvania Planning 1 9
I don't have a big budget but I really want to find a non outdoor, nonfirehall reception venue in either the Philadelphia area or in Bucks/Montgomery Counties. Extra points if not a barn. I have about 120 guests coming most likely. Any suggestions??? Thank you!!! Smiley smile

Duportail House was one of the ones we looked at

Also Camden county Boathouse and rose bank winery also the Washington at historic yellow springs

try wedding spot.com and the vendor tab here. Be aware any BYO vendor space might charge a fee to go off their required caterer list.

Hi Rachel! Welcome to WeddingWire and congrats on your engagement! Smiley heart

We have tons of great venues here on WeddingWire! Setting your location to the Philadelphia area, Bucks and Montgomery counties, you can further filter by # of guests (120), proximity, availability (your wedding date), type of venue, settings, and services. From there, you can request pricing from each listing too.

    I hope this helps!

Hey! I’m getting married at the Lazaretto Ballroom near the airport. I’ve heard very good things about them and so far no complaints. Your cake and florist is included and anything extra you would just pay for. You have a choice of an indoor or outdoor ceremony

Hey Rachel, if you're still looking for a venue, my girlfriend and I just looked a great new venue called Rafters in Newtown, which was in Bucks County, not sure if that's too far for you. They will allow to you use any caterer, the space was super cool, everything is new, open to the ceiling for that industrial feel but had beautiful hard wood floor, cute private bridal suite. They included tables and chairs, but what my gf the future bride to be loved, even above that was she could pick from a whole bunch of different tables and chairs, which were included, it wasn't a rental or an upcharge. There fee structure seemed pretty reasonable, but I know talking to Katie, they've been working her to make it work for their budget. There website is www.raftersvenue.com if it helps! Congratulations!
