Budget Bride - Floral

Hey! I’m sort of in the same boat right now, I just found this amazing site it’s called fiftyflowers. They are real bulk wholesale flowers, super cheap compared to any florist. They even give you Ideas on how to arrange the floral, what you need to know in a little info and tips and things like that. They also do a lot of “get that look” where they’ll tell you exactly which flowers you need to buy and how much and so on so forth. They deliver them the day before and oh Em Gee so far the photos that I’ve seen from reviews looks so awesome. I was debating back-and-forth between doing grocery floral, Or Sam’s Club, or Costco’s, But after looking at the site fiftyflowers I think I am pretty much sold on them.

I am planning on getting mine at Costco or Sams. They deliver quickly and in next few weeks.

I’ve never heard of them. I’m also using fake flowers. I got them at Hobby Lobby when they had their floral on sale. I kept an eye on their weekly sales on the online ad.

We used grocery store flowers and they worked out fine! I’d try to find a store where they can commit to setting some aside to you. Of course flowers are natural so it’s not like they can guarantee the exact shade of the color but... that’s what you get with flowers!

I used flowers from Michaels! Definitely go the budget route because they still look good for a much more fraction of the cost. Here are my faux bouquets I got from michaels

I would try Costco or Sam's - they seem to do really well for the people that use them. And they're definitely cheaper than what we're paying for a florist. Then you can go to fakes if you have to. Remember to check reviews on other sites - not just on the site itself! They can, and do, fake reviews on their own sites.

I got my flowers from Budget Bride and love them. I searched lots of places before deciding what I wanted. My only concern for you is that they did take 30 business days for one of the shipments while the other was a little sooner. You may need to pay to get them faster depending on your date. The newer site had a 14% discount code for orders over $100


We are having a fall theme and my ladies are wearing navy blue.

I have a co-worker that used Something Borrowed Blooms for her wedding and she loved them. She said they were perfect and very reasonably priced. Check them out for sure!

I'd probably choose the 15 day shipping just to be on the safe side in case there are delays, but I did end up seeing that they had really good reviews on Wedding wire!

Thank you. The leaves are really what made it for me and added the perfect touch I was looking for. I decided not do to either the $100 or $250 package because with those I couldn't pick out exactly what I wanted they could only guarantee an overall theme. I know some brides work with them to design a custom bouquet but I happened to like one they already had on offer. I could have changed out a color of flower if I wanted for free. And I was able to pick which ribbon I wanted. Because I was particular about the boutonnieres and corsages and they didn't have pictures of those up yet for the ones that matched with my bouquet I simply looked through the page dedicated to boutonnieres and corsages and picked out what I liked. I did find I liked the options on the old website better and they were also cheaper even factoring in the 14% discount. That is why I ended up with two shipments: the boutonnieres and corsages ordered from the old site and the bouquets ordered from the new website. Of course now that we have pushed our wedding back a year I have to store them, but the good thing is they will look just as beautiful in a year from now. That was part of my reason for going faux. My sister likes mine so much she is thinking of recreating her wedding bouquet from 11 years ago so it will always look fresh unlike the actual one which I dried for her and she has displayed.

I should note I am not doing floral centerpieces so I can't speak to how those are, but I saw they have several options.

View Quoted Comment So the one I have for myself is what is listed as the MOH bouquet on the site. My MOH will have the large bridesmaid and the my other bridesmaid and junior bridesmaid will have the small bridesmaids bouquets. I don't like when the flowers are so large they overwhelm the person. Here is my bouquet (MOH on the website) with both my big dress (I know it is cut off but you can get the idea) and reception (now elopement) dress.
