So my wedding is next month and originally we were going to go with a local grocery store for our flowers , however the lady I spoke with today sounded very doubtful saying there's no guarantee that the flowers that come in will be what I want and I may have to substitute with other colors. Of course I don't want to do that. I want something in our color scheme. I found this site called Budget Bride where they have silk flowers that look really. They customize packages in any color and design you want. Wanted to know if anyone has ever used them before?

I am very sorry to hear that. Perhaps they were worried about how soon you needed them? I didn't have a problem ordering from the two different sites, but I also didn't make it obvious I was doing so. How many bouquets/boutonniere are you talking about? As others have mentioned there are some options on Etsy or premade ones at craft stores. Because we are now having a summer elopement and my flowers will seem out of place I made a bouquet for just myself and a boutonniere for FH with flowers from Walmart.

Is this your new bouquet? And I think where I went wrong was that when I initially did my quote I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. I know what I like but I have a hard time picturing what would look best because my dress is a champagne gold. I honestly just thought they'd be able to help me better. They didn't say the shipping or the date was the issue.

Yes. This is the new bouquet I put together from stems I bought. I knew I wanted peach (in my mind a summer version of orange) and just looked and played around with what they had.

I see. Yes, I knew what I liked and didn't like from looking at literally 100s of pictures of bouquets online. Therefore, I didn't have to consult them about options. I knew I really wanted orange and red in my bouquet so on the site I looked at all the ones they had in those pallets. I saw your dress and it is gorgeous, It also looks like the wedding party will be wearing blue and black. It seems you have lots of options with what to do with your colors. I personally like a contrasting color with the clothing so something pink, peach, or coral could look nice.

Ohh okay. I'm sorry you had to change your flowers! What are your wedding colors? Ours are champagne gold, dark red and navy. Probably not the best for summer colors haha! It was originally going to be in the fall. We ended up changing our men suits to navy so both bridesmaids and groomsmen will be in navy. We're trying to aim for mostly red flowers with maybe greenery and filler
