Brunch Wedding!

We are having a Sunday morning brunch wedding! We're conflicted on what kind of music we want. We don't really want dancing since it will be in the morning, but we feel like we at least want a 1st dance and some good music. Anyone else have a morning/brunch wedding? What are you doing for music?

    I'd think some light pop (Maroon Five, Shawn Mendes) could work! I could see lots of Train, Ed Sheeran, John Legend!

    Your music should reflect you two too! Play music that is meaningful and enjoyable for you and your partner!

    My daughter had a brunch reception. She had a stringed duet (violin and cello) for the ceremony and cocktail hour then DJ who played jazz during meal and dance music after.

    We did a brunch wedding and played the Spotify playlist “Coffee table jazz” for background music. For special dances you should pick special songs to you guys.

    Instrumental music would be perfect. There are many genres to choose from (jazz, Spanish guitar, classical, etc)

    At my brunch/ high tea type wedding we had soft indie Christian music playing in the background during food then we kind of switched it up to soft/ classic rock. We still had our first dance to Patience by GNR but we didn't have dancing.
