Super small is like 10-20ish people. anything over 50 stops being small, imo.

brunch weddings are great. have a waffle bar, some bacon and sausage, bloody Mary's and mimosas. you could even do a bloody Mary bar or a mimosa bar. or both. both is good.

We are doing a midmorning wedding, and our venue set up food with their preferred vendor. Waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and home fries. My fiancé and I both love breakfast and are super excited!

I think brunch weddings are so awesome, that we're having one! Both of us love brunch and can seriously punish off bacon and Orange Crush's (a MD thing?)! Still figuring morning of logistics and the church ceremony, but planning to have 12PM hour with appetizers and drinks (craft beers, coffee stout, Bloody Mary's OC's, and Mimosas), then have a buffet brunch with egg frittata, chicken & waffles, bacon, French toast, etc. Dessert is cupcakes and doughnuts. It'll be a garden-party theme with music and lawn games Smiley smile

Me and FH are having a brunch wedding because brunch food is the best food! Waffles and omelettes, bacon and French toast. Plus, a mimosa bar! I can't wait!

A brunch reception is perfect for that amount of guests, and with a bride and groom who both love breakfast!

A guest list over 50 is not "super small". When you're thinking of hosting a max of 60 guests, it is no longer an "intimate wedding". An intimate wedding includes five from her side and maybe six from his -- all immediate family members, grandparents, and if feasible, a handful of friends.

What you're asking about is a small to medium sized guest list. Are you the bride, or are you trying to gather information for the bride?

I'm going to also state that super small is not 40-60 guests. I have around 30 and don't consider my wedding super small. To me super small is like 10 people.

Brunch is great. You can do mimosas, omelets, chicken and waffles, quiche, pancakes, sausage, bacon, french toast, etc. I love breakfast/brunch food.

We were going to do custom coffe cup sleeves with coffee and tea at arrival to ceremony with mini muffins as a welcome... then after have mimosa and bloody mary station and beer and wine... omelet station waffle station then hot chafing dishes of brunch items... lots of options! For attire I was going to say Brunch Glam attire ( sunce I still didnt want people to be too casual)... just some ideas!!

I recommend a crepe station. I find them to be a little fancier than waffles and you can make them sweet or savory.

I had a brunch wedding, so I obviously think it's a great idea! We had a waffle bar, omelet station, and a buffet that included things like bacon, sausage, potato pie, curry chicken sandwiches, and pastries. We also served craft beer, wine, and mimosas with five different juice options.

I'm totally all for brunch weddings (especially if i am invited, lol!). Can we help you look for a caterer or venue in your area to accommodate this? Have you looked through our WeddingWire vendor catalogue to see who is local to you and well reviewed?

Super small is 10. Sixty is not even medium small, lol....

I think it's a lovely idea, and we do a LOT of brunch weddings. Bacon stations, prosecco bars, omelettes and waffles, gourmet coffee stations....the possibilities are endless.
