I personally really wanted my girls to love their dresses (I've never been in a wedding but I have been to quite a few and I have seen some dresses that you can tell the girls didn't like and were not comfortable in). I am a firm believer one size fits all is not a real thing. Certain body types and skin pigments are complimented by certain styles and colors. I wanted my girls to be comfortable and possibly be able to wear the dresses again down the road. I let my girls pick their styles only stipulation was color had to be Navy. It worked out though. I have 5 girls and in total there are 3 different dresses. MOH has one style, 2 girls have another style and the last two have another style. Peak the dresses below Smiley laugh

Another best friend of mine (this will be the color of all dresses) cfb_1234433.jpgLong time family friend ( they got the same one as well)cfb_1234435.jpg

What did y'all decide and drop some pictures! Smiley smile

I want my MOH, my twin sister, to wear burgundy, and I'd like my two bridesmaids (my nieces/goddaughters) to wear dusty rose. I will let them pick which style of dress they like, as long as it's floor length. I might send them to David's Bridal since one of my nieces is in New York and the rest of us are here in Arizona.

My bridesmaids (including maid of honor) are wearing the same color dress but different styles since they're all different body types.

My FH said he wanted to wear his late father's kilt.... How would you even say no.... So it evolved from there, then my son wanted to wear one, then FH decided he wanted the other guys to wear one. There are 2 kilt rental places in the US, I think. We rented from kiltrentalusa.com. they were easy to find, except finding a matching children's jacket for my son. We ended up ordering a custom jacket for him and my FH... boy howdy, those jacket were pricey.

Yes, I love this!!! It is so similar to my decision. I also have 3 dress colors; tangerine, grape, and black. I let the girls in the bridal party choose the dress they like best in either tangerine or grape, as long as it is floor length. All of our children are wearing all black so our daughters get to choose out of 4 floor-length dresses.
