September 3! We talked to our dream venue and they said the 8th was all booked up, so we set the weekend of the 3rd. Come to find out they thought we meant 2021, all dates are available for 2022 but we are just sticking with it 🤣

We too have a dream venue & had to also switch dates, we were trying for the 16th but didn’t realize Easter was following day after & was still waiting to get approved even after the 1 year mark. So we settled for the 9th. Glad I wasn’t the only one 😆

View Quoted Comment I didn’t even know nor thought of it until we got closer to getting a date set, I had this date planned ever since I got engaged last September. & my phone calendar doesn’t load holidays until closer to a year of that date & sure enough it was Easter the next day 🤣🤦‍♀️ I thought setting the date would be easier before all the planning started. && yes you’re right Labor Day weekend is a perfect weekend to have a wedding lots of travel time
