    After 5 years together he proposed on November 11, 2018 (Veterans Day and I’m a Veteran). We were in the kitchen in our pjs and he took my hand and told me he didn’t want to call me his girlfriend any longer, he’d rather call me his wife and would I marry him? It was so sweet (he’s usually not sentimental or emotional). I loved it. We finally set our wedding date for June 12, 2021. We want to have a small wedding with family and close friends.

    Everyone's rings are so unique and beautiful. Seems like our significant others really listened to what we wanted for once. Haha! We got engaged at a family Christmas party last year while his parents were in town. We're getting married in Tennessee on 10/16/21 with a small group of family and the reception will be 10/23/21 back where we live.
