Got engaged 9/7/2020

My fiancé proposed with a picnic at the same baseball field we met at in our coed softball league! It was very romantic and thoughtful! We just finished a vacation in Cabo to celebrate! Cheers to all the future brides out there! 🍾✨ This year has been a wild ride, but grateful for an exciting, unexpected milestone to come out of 2020!

My fiance and I agreed that we didn't want to get a diamond. I always liked really unique looking rings, as so he got me this beauty.

We are having a Lord of the Rings themed wedding and so he found out that Tolkien based the Evenstar off of the Celtic love knot. So, he found that on a band in white gold and asked the jeweler to replace the Diamond with my birthstone which is a blue Zircon. I am absolutely in love with it. I could not have imagined a better ring.

Known each other since middle school we have had a beautiful long life together (20yrs). We never really put much thought into the whole marriage thing. Didn't think it was something I wanted until it happened. He proposed at my favorite place in the world on a cliffside over the ocean. ❤ I never thought it would be this beautiful and exciting to be engaged. He's my bestfriend and the love of my life. We've been together since we were 14. We bought our first home on September 3, and we decided to spend our first night there on September 4. He wanted to take a picture in front of our new house, and next thing I know, I have a beautiful ring on my finger! He custom made it so no other woman would have my exact ring. We're slowly building our beautiful life together and I couldn't be more excited to marry my best friend!

He custom designed the ring so that no woman would have the same one. With a love as unique as ours, he wanted the ring that symbolized our love to express that. I can't even begin to explain how unbelievably excited I am to start our next chapter and marry my best friend!
