Lately, it seems to be really popular for the bride and groom to make a grand entrance into their reception. Do you guys have any suggestions?

We didn't do anything fancy for the grand entrance. We just had my parents and DH's parents announced in, followed by the bridal party, and then DH & I and went straight into our first dance.

We're just having our jazz band play 'On Broadway' as the director announces the couples in the wedding party, with us being the last to enter. I don't know if that's considered a grand entrance, but it's tradition for us. (We were both members of the band and all alumni weddings do this). I'll try to drum up some other ideas!

We didn't do anything fancy... my parents went first, then his, the WP and finally us & went straight into the 1st dance.

We didn't do anything fancy either, just kind of like what others did. Announcement/Introduction of parents of the bride/groom, wedding party and then we entered with the song by The Turtles-Happy Together.
