Bridal photos & wedding day same hair and makeup?

I’ve never seen someone do a different look for bridal photos. Typically it’s exactly the same.

Until this site, I had no idea brides had their photo taken before the actual wedding day! I'd assume the same look so one couldn't tell the difference of the day?

I did the same look. I was hoping to weave the bridal portraits in with wedding day photos for my wedding album. The only difference was that my bouquet on wedding day was actually larger than the one on portrait day.

You can go either way, really. My photographer said some brides do a different look for portraits because they have to have a certain look (perhaps parent driven) for wedding day. I think if anyone stops to think about it they’ll know, whether you do the same look or not, you didn’t have your portraits taken and printed the same day as the wedding. 😆

I think so whatever you want to do. If you can’t decide on what hair and makeup you want then you can do both by having them different.
