Bridal jacket: jean or leather?

I wouldn't do either. Jean jackets and leather jackets with wording on it just isn't my thing.

Maybe for a few photos. I can think of one bride in particular here who really rocked the leather jacket. But faux leather for sure.

I'd do a jean jacket! I also really like how a ballgown dress looks with a flannel on top unfortunately, I'm not having a fall or winter wedding

I like the idea of faux leather but, would skip the writing.

Yikes. All I can think is you'll be looking at wedding photos way in the future and thinking Wow, that looks really dated. Like getting married in bell bottoms or something like that. "Remember when people wore those jackets in the twenty-teens? What were they thinking?"

We're going to keep it more timeless with out outfits. A little formality is a nice thing for something as momentous as a wedding.

And there's something a little off-putting about the woman having to wear a jacket saying "Mrs. Whomever", while the man just wears the usual suit/tux.

I'm not sure I see the point in a jacket I could only wear for a little while after the wedding. I definitely would not print my last name on a jacket I'd be walking around in public.

I will admit I bought us t shirts that say honeymooning to wear for that

Oh gosh I totally misunderstood. You mean people are wearing these at the wedding??? Heck no.

I think they are both pretty. For me, I would have chosen denim.

Oh my gosh I kinda love the faux leather jacket look! Only for a few pictures of course!

I'm trying to stay away from anything too trendy, so I hadn't even considered this. But if I had to pick, I'd choose the embellished denim.

I would do a jean jacket since that would fit the rustic theme better.
