Brazilian Wax? Talk to me about it

Actually went for my first bikini waxing this morning at an EWC. It definitely hurts, felt like I was getting a tattoo on my vag! But unlike the tattoo, the (worst of) pain is over in a few seconds. My feet and hands were sweating from the pain. lol. But the lady was great. She talked me through everything. Told me to breath through the strips and even kept me talking to distract me (didn't work, I was focusing on breathing). It's been about 2 hrs. I still feel a lil throbbing pain, but not unbearable. I can definitely handle the pain once a month if I continue (which everyone says you'll never go back). Will see how it goes.
