Bolero to go with dress?

Meghan, I feel the SAME about my arms as well!!! I am having sleeves tailored to my dress.

I'm literally having the same problem. I'm trying to use the next year and a half to make my arms tolerable. Adding sleeves to my dress is $900!! Nope.

I like #1 best, but think it would take away and not match your dress. So I'd say #2 would look best with your dress.

I like option three, mostly because seeing the seams on sheer material drives me nuts. Good luck!

I like 2 but I do think the white sheer fabric may emphasize your arms.

You can do a bolero (option 2) if that makes you more comfortable. However you have a year. I lost about 40 lbs for my wedding. Prior to that hated my arms. However that was my biggest focus during my weightloss journey. I did weight lifting arms heavy 3x a week. Now about a month to go and I am proud of my arms and even wear sleeveless now.

I personally feel like with wedding dresses if you get something that covers them up (like a bolero) it draws more attention to them. I was dead set on getting a dress with sleeves because I hate my arms but I felt like when I tried one on it totally emphasized my arms more than the strapless sweetheart neckline gown that I got. First picture is a dress I tried with a top put over it.
