I found the planner checklist feature of The Knot app super helpful. After I typed in my wedding date, it laid out everything in terms of dates I should complete the task by, and I could check off as I went. I also used an excel/Google sheets spreadsheet to keep track of guests names, addresses, and RSVP status.

The best planner we found was the free wedding planner template on GoogleSheets. It has everything you need and you can take it with you wherever your phone is.
