Best site to use to create a wedding blog?

I really want to create a wedding themed blog and be able to customize it and write about different wedding topics! I saw that there are many people with wedding blogs on here, but most of the posts are much older, so there may be more choices nowadays to choose from for a site to use. So I thought I'd go ahead and ask what you all think the best blogging website is for a wedding blog, or truly any blog for that matter!

Most bloggers I talk to/ follow swear by WordPress. Google also has a platform called Blogger that isn't too hard to figure out, but it's apparently not as customizable.
