Bulkecandy was the cheapest place I could find for the twenty pounds of M&Ms I needed. I ordered the candy, and received an email saying they had been shipped and would arrive within a week. When the candy didn't arrive, I sent an email to the company. I never heard back. I finally googled the company and found a phone number that I could contact. I called and was told that they were actually out of the dark blue M&Ms I ordered, but that they should be in within the next few days and then they would ship my full order. Well, to me that wasn't good enough. I didn't understand why a shipment email was sent to me. I really got worried that I would end up with melted candy on my doorstep, and of course, they have on their website that they are not responsible for melted candy. I ended up canceling my order with bulkecandy and spent the extra fifty dollars and just ordered through M&M Mars candy.
