Best pen to address invitation envelopes?

Basically just the title! What did you find worked best when hand-addressing envelopes? Smoothest, most consistent, least smudgy, looks nicest, etc. etc!

I’m using metallic sharpies. Bought a pack like this on eBay with my wedding colors.

I would definitely go with the Papermate Inkjoy gel pens. They write beautifully, have a ton of ink, and dry incredibly quickly. This pack was about $16 on Amazon but so worth it. They also have packs of just blue and black.
