Best man, no maid/matron of honor?

Nope! Not weird. I got married a few weeks ago and this was my case. My husband wanted to ask his brother to be his best man and I didn't want to designate so I did the exact same thing. We also didn't have programs, include our wedding party on our wedding website, or do introductions for anyone but my husband and I, but I don't think any of those things that would highlight the bridal party would be odd with a best man but no maid/matron of honor. Since I had no MOH, I also had no expectations of a speech or toast on my side, only a best man speech. One of my bridesmaids did actually surprise me with a speech at the wedding which was lovely and perfect but if you don't have anyone make a speech on your side, without it would not have been a big deal. I thought long and hard about this over the course of planning my wedding so sorry for the block of text!

Don't do programs and no one will even know.

We weren't planning to do programs anyway. But what about introductions at the beginning of the reception?

I definitely want to do intros. Maybe we could have the DJ use their names and their real life relationships to us (i.e, brother, sister, best friend).
