Best lipstick for wedding day??

Are you doing your own makeup or hiring a professional? A professional makeup artist uses high end products (Anastasia Beverly Hills, ColourPop, Dose of Colors, Urban Decay, Pat McGrath, etc) and you should not need any touchups.

I am hiring a professional makeup artist. However I am having my makeup done around 9, the ceremony is at 1, then we are having a cake and punch reception before we take pictures. So I am worried that even with a high end product it will need to be touched up after eating, especially since we won't start taking photos until almost 4:00.

Ask your makeup artist when you have your makeup trial that way you can try on the lip with the rest of your makeup done and purchase it yourself before the big day.

That seems crazy late for pictures though since they're typically before the reception. Talk to your photographer and get the time moved up.

Meet matte Hughes has beautiful colors and it stays on for quite some time! I wear this brand to work and it typically lasts the whole shift, about 6-7 hours, sometimes longer! It also doesn’t rub off very easily.

Elf listick line is great and very reasonable prices. What about a natural color...like a nude...a light nude color???

I wore a Kylie Lipkit and I was super happy. It didn't come off on my husband at all, but he did carry around a handkerchief just in case.

I wore (and swear by) Maybelline's Superstay 24. I have never had luck with any other stain, gloss, or stick.

My MUA told me to get a lip stain it will last all night. she suggested kylie cosmetics because it comes with matching lip liner

Nars! It last long and does not smudge. My fiance hates lip stick that stains or smudges and Nars was the best thing, because it did neither. I'm pretty sure Sephora sells a cheap travel size that you can test before the big day.
