Hey guys! I know ny Has new restrictions for venue weddings but I was wondering if they applied to backyard weddings. Someone said they only apply to venues and not private backyard weddings but my mom says she can’t find anything saying it doesn’t apply to backyard weddings...does anyone know?

They apply to gatherings of all kinds, if I understand them correctly.
An airborne virus really doesn't care if you're at an official venue or not, unfortunately.
That said, I think September is going to be a LOT different from now, so I wouldn't switch to a backyard wedding just yet.
