So I am trying to plan a backyard wedding with 400-500 guests.
I will have to rent a large enough tent maybe 60x90 or 60x100.
Rent Portable Restrooms. Has anyone seen anything like it and have tips or ideas, suggestions or even bad experiences with this.

This is what the yard looks like right now. After the little bushes is a small slope down and then it’s all flat.

The only detail I have heard here is that the rentals for setting up a yard for a wedding usually adds up to the cost of renting a venue. But there may be a point where the backyard is competitive with pricing at venues.
Yours is the first one I have seen for a reception of up to 500 people. So you may need some event planner to help on logistics. The people around here probably don't have experience with your type of event -- but hopefully someone will have some suggestions.
