My brother just informed me that my niece and nephew are coming to the wedding. I am very excited they are all coming because I originally wanted them to be the ring bearer and flower girl. When I initially asked my brother told me know because my niece has diasabilies and many health issue which I understand. But after he told me know I asked two friends if their children would be the flower girl and ring bearer. Now I am trying to figure out if I should hire a babysitter to have on site to take care of both flowergirls and ring bearers? And if we do decide to hiring one, how do we go about it? We need someone who knows about my nieces health issues and disabilities.

We are going to hire a few of our normal babysitters to watch our 4 children and my niece and nephew. Sometime after dinner, they'll be taking them in the house and probably watching movies with them. Everyone else can deal with their own children or leave them at home.

I have been paid to do childcare for a 50 Year Old's birthday party (my professor) I was definitely not offended. I am a nanny and preschool teacher, so it doesn't bother me at all. I was actually honored It was a job, she paid for my dinner as well. I guess it depends on the person.

We are expecting 20 children from the ages of 3 months to 15. There will be a children area which will have crayons, crafts, things to do but we are also hiring a couple of babysitters. Yes we will know these people, as they are extended family from one of our relatives, but the children will be in the same area as everyone else. The parents will have their own responsibility for the children as they will attend to diaper changes, feedings, etc but the babysitters can keep the children occupied, corralled, while the parents can dance, relax, and enjoy the night. We also are giving the parents an option to allow the babysitter to take the small babies back to the hotel and place them to sleep as the night gets later.
