I started in late December. I lost 7 pounds, then went away for my bachelorette and came back with tendinitis as a souvenir. I gained it all back and I haven't been able to work out as much with the aircast, but I'm still trying!

I just followed you, i'm LadyLauraAnne there. I"ve gone back to the gym recently, and what i'm doing mostly are the treadmill and my sweating exercise, but adding a LOT of strength training to tone up my arms and back. I am going shopping in the next week or so for my dress, and i'm hoping to show off my back!

I've been working out long before I got engaged, but I am doing Beachbody on Demand and the Portion Fix meal plan. I go to the gym when I want to/have to use weights. Right now I am on week 5 (of 6) of Shaun T's new Transform 20 program. I've got a 5k on the 11th (first 5k ever!). I'm really just looking to tone up and stay at my same weight.

    I followed you, I'm @bookwrightandbaker.

I've been working on getting healthier for about a year before we even got engaged, though I got a bit derailed for a few months around my graduation. I still want to lose more weight, I'm down about 60 lbs, but I'm focusing more on strength training and toning. With our schedules and kids, I don't have the time to go to the gym, but I enjoy doing yoga and resistance workouts at home. I love my resistance band. I also do my best to get a 5-mile walk in every day. Otherwise, lots of water (I pretty much only drink water), lots of veggies, fruit in moderation, lean meat, the standard advice.

I cut out red meat about a year back, now i’m trying to cut down on sugars and dairy- carbs aren’t a problem as much for me. I also FINALLY transferred my gym to the one that is near where I live so i’ve Been doing the stationary bike, leg weights, and some arm machines (do which ones are called what). I also have been doing yoga weekly at work. I’m trying to keep my water levels up but that’s been the trickiest honestly

That's so cool! I once asked my trainer if she thought I could eventually train for a 5k. She said I would need to be able to hold a running pace for longer than a certain amount of time to train for one. How are you training for it?

That can't be easy to sneak in gym time when you've got your kids' schedules on top of your own.

While in the aircast, I only allowed to do upper body workouts. I used an HIIT Upper Body Ergometer, or "arm bike" for my cardio. Normally, I'd do 30 minutes on the treadmill, but I could only do 10 with the UBE.

Do you have a favorite recipe?

Both my FH and I have stomach issues so we TRY to stick to FODMAP diet (acronym for all the sugars we shouldn’t have. I LOVE DIY cauliflower pizza and i’ve also been doing a lot of turkey chili in the winter time. Now that it’s warming up I like to make vanilla Greek yogurt with granola and strawberries for breakfast, spinach salad with grilled chicken for lunch, and lemon pepper grilled rainbow trout with sautéed veggies for dinner

Well, I started Shaun T's Transform 20 program a little before I signed up, so honestly that is all I have been doing (which probably isn't a good 5k training program). I would have loved to go out jogging, but with studying for my CPA exam on the 13th, I have only had time for the 20 minute at-home workout. It's a run/walk 5k, so I'm sure I will do a fair share of walking.

Just followed! I’m Courtney.miller on instagram.
FH and I are both professional ballet dancers so we have to be fit for our jobs. We decided that we are both going to eat better and workout more this summer though during our “off” time!

I am trying! I’ve lost 18lbs since December. I have been drinking tons of water and substituting one meal with a meal replacement shake/protein bar or a Quinoa-based meal as follows:
    Quinoa
    Black Beans
    Tomatoes
    Corn
    Onion
    Cilantro
    Diced Avocado
    Salt/Pepper to taste
    Lime Juice

I follow keto...I don't have alot of weight to lose, maybe 5-7 pounds if that much. I just need to tone up and get everything back to where it belongs.
I have horses, so I do alot of farm chores "exercise" I also work out with free weights to dvds at home.

My plan is to work out at least 3- 4 times a week until the wedfong
