Are you serving soda at your reception?

I'm not sure if we need it or not... Our drink menu includes water, iced tea, lemonade, wine, beer, pina coladas, and strawberry daiquiris. I feel like it'd be nice to have, but I'm not sure if it's worth the extra cost. What do you think? Are you serving soda?

Yes, I think you should include soda for those who don't want alcohol and prefer soda to something like lemonade.

Personally, I'd be a little irked if there wasn't any pop at a wedding I attended. I get massive caffeine related migraines if I don't have any, and I don't drink coffee or tea.

I have never been anywhere where there is no soda. As a soda drinker, and a former waitress, I would say that a majority of people drink soda even when mixing with liquor - so I would definitely recommend you include it.

I would. I don't drink alcohol, and hate tea, and lemonade is usually too acidic for me. I like to have a diet coke or even a sprite in a rocks glass in alcoholic situations so I don't have to deal with questions about me not drinking.

At a wedding just this weekend they had no soda, only water, tea, beer, wine, and two cocktails. I don't drink any of that stuff(except water, naturally) and begged the caterer to give me a can of sprite I saw they had in the back. It was sad.

I had soda at my wedding and hardly anyone drank it. I think less than 12 were consumed and we had 50 guests. Most of the guests were adults and drank beer and wine.

We are doing coke, diet coke, sprite, and Dr. Pepper. In addition to everything else, but only because our venue has a soda fountain. Not sure if that counts.
