Are there any beachside reception venues for 75 people for under $3,000 in North Carolina?

Hello! I am in dire need of help I am trying to plan a wedding for next year it will be a relatively small one 75 people or less and we plan to get married on the beach my problem is trying to afford the reception! Does anyone know of any reception venues anywhere on the coast in North Carolina or even lakeside that will be within a budget of under $3,000?

Is $3k your budget for just the venue rental or for the entire reception (catering, drinks, cake, etc)?
