April 18th Wedding

Before you say anything, I know that we should postpone the wedding. It has really hit me today. My FH and I don't live together and I just called him and basically cried for 20 mins on the phone. We sent off our wedding rings last week. My wedding band was being soldered my engagement ring and he got the wedding date engraved in his 😭
We live in MS which was one of the last states to be affected. We only have 13 cases right now, but we have people coming from LA, GA, and AL to attend the wedding. I know that if we have to reschedule that we will still be getting married, but it is all the work that has went into it already and the money. Plus trying to schedule all of the vendors on the same day will be pretty much impossible.
I talked to wedding photographer and she said she had other dates available, but at this point I wouldnt even know what date to choose. I'm so stressed out! Thanks for listening to me vent.

I'm sorry, I'm sure this is extremely stressful for you. There will be a date that works for all of your vendors, it just might be a less traditional date like a Friday or a Sunday. I'm sure that your vendors will be flexible and make something with for you.

In trumps speech yesterday morning he said that social distancing is recommended for the next couple months and things will not start getting better till July/August if EVERYONE follows the recommendations of social distancing as a nation. It’s gonna get worse before it’s gets Better. I would recommend not picking a date just yet, just in case this pandemic lasts longer than expected.

My fh and i don't live together. We finally found and apartment, we are just ready for it to be ready. It's been so hard to leave him. I want to wake up next to him. SInce, my school district is closed down, i am planning on moving in when they tell us its ready. My fh and I can't wait anymore. But i'm like you, i am so mad. I find myself just wanting to cry cause i really don't know what to do. But we are not cancelling the ceremony. My fh and I are going to talk today about just not inviting outside guest. It's too much of a risk.
