Anyone still hopeful for June wedding?

Hi, we are scheduled for June 27 2020 and as of now not sure if it will happen. I’m still hopeful because we can’t reschedule without losing money unless our venue cancels us. My venue did call and said that they are hopeful from attending meetings for a transitional period (where businesses open back up with restrictions) being May 1st-30th after our county meeting. But is that enough to hold on to? I am so unbelievably stressed out over all of this.

Hi Kyleigh-
We had our reception set for June 13th and are in the process of adjusting our date. With so many people traveling / flying in for our wedding we figured our best bet would be to move it, instead of letting people know at the last minute if they still need to arrange for travel, etc. I wish I had another month to see how things play out, but by that time I feel like it'd be too late to let people know if they should still plan on June. Fortunately my vendors have been very understanding, hopefully they will be for you as well if you decide to move your date. Best of luck!

I am also a June bride! At this point I am still moving forward as if it will not be an issue, however I am also trying to make back up plans just in case. Very nervous but hopeful that it will all work out! I am definitely not cancelling unless our venue requests that we do.

Yes it’s so stressful I have been very worked up for the past few weeks over it. I never thought we could possibly be in the position we are in. For me the date means a lot and we are fine with reducing the size of need be.

I am in New York but way upstate. Upstate we really have very minimal cases they are all mostly in the city. I live in the middle of no where in a county without the virus which is also where my wedding will be and where 75% of the guests would be coming from.
