    Where around Northern California?

and how about a specific price range, affordable to you may be expensive to me, and vise versa =0)

My venue is in Folsom. but I know a lot in Auburn, Granite Bay, Placerville, Lodi and a few surrounding areas...

NorCal is VERY big. What area are you looking for?

If you want a vineayrd setting, you can look at Livermore. You will get the Sonoma feel without the price.

Bodega Bay is beautiful if you like beaches; I got married there at the Bodega Bay Lodge.

Monterey is lovely, but can be pricey. The mission there is a great setting.

Hi there .. I just posted on another bride to be's thread. I am getting married at Shady Farm 1868 (www.shadyfarm1868.com) off Highway 101 in Sonoma County. Technically Santa Rosa, CA. It's a vintage farm house on 1.5 acres. The owner has had this property for 40 years or so and seriously takes pride in it. I've been there in the day time and at night to check it out. It's amazing. Very charismatic and charming. Also, there's a strong chance you can actually stay the night on the property the night of your wedding. We chose it because you can have the ceremony and reception in one place and we're spending the night there that weekend which will make it a LOT less stressful for us. We're paying for our own wedding and after hunting around at other venues .. this one spoke to us in a way that mattered most ... plus it's very reasonably priced. I'd call Karl directly (707) 974-8900. Hope this helps!
