Anyone ever use Ieie?

I was wondering if anyone has ever ordered an Ieie bridal dress offline before? I first found them on etsy, and thought their dresses looked quality made, even in the photos people provided. But I'm worried that if I order a dress, it will end up looking like a cheap knock off. I found one dress on their website that I fell in love with, it has almost everything I wanted in a dress (except for a lace up back, but I talked to a representative and they said they can make that modification if they leave the top of the back open, which I'm okay with!) But I wanted to see anyone elses opinion, because I'm in love with this dress and I want to buy it! I'll attach pictures either in the post or in the comments. Thank you!

Oh I almost ordered from them. Only reason I didn't is because my mother said she'd pay for the dress and alterations if I did a brick and mortar store with her. The photos on their Etsy from previous customers had a lot of the evidence I needed to be okay with it if my mother didn't make her offer.
