Any wedding websites that support switching languanges?

What I have in my mind is to have a button on the website to switch between two languages (Chinese and English in my case). The corresponding url will probably be "www.domainname.com/en" and "www.domainname.com/cn". I am happy with the language switching button in any place, probably by default it will be in left upper corner? Is this possible to do with any tool?
