Any ladies a fan of Bandelettes? (UPDATE)

Bandelettes are thigh bands that prevent chaffing! I looked into them too to wear under my wedding dress, but my only fear is that they'd move around on my thigh and I'd want to mess with them. Please let me know how yours goes!! If they work out well I may be tempted to get them.

@ Jackie....remind me, if I forget to update you and I will let you know if there are any issues! Personally, I think they look sort of sexy especially with my white satin corselette!

I have never worn these, but sometimes I get chafing from lace-topped thigh highs if they pinch or rub at all. Maybe these are engineered better? I'd love to hear how they work for you!

These were a godsend at ceilidhs - I also used more plain ones for sprinting and sports.

It took a bit of trial and error (some weren't branded ones) to find the right fit but they definitely stayed put.

Without a doubt getting some more for the wedding - cheers for the reminder.

Ooh. Very interesting. I definitely have a chaffing problem. I agree with you Monica, I think they look sexy. The purpose of them is not very sexy, but the lace makes them look like they are part of a naughty outfit. I'd totally wear them.

UPDATE: They work great! Just make sure you adjust them so that they are in the same place on each leg so the lace doesn't rub against bare skin on the opposite leg. They stay up fantastic and look great. I'm a fan, for sure.

I've had good luck with the Monistat Chafing Relief Gel. Those look so pretty, though. Will have to check them out.

Chafing issues aside, I just wanted to say that lace topped thigh high stockings (you have to have the stockings attached to the lace) are so beautiful.

How did you decide what size to get? Did you get a size smaller or the measurement of your thighs? Please let me know. Thank you!

@Meghan....there is a video tutorial on Amazon showing you how to measure and order. I was an even size and ordered that size-they fit great.

@SarahMarie....The bands have two rows of stay-up silicone that hold them in place!

@SweetBean....You will have to tell us your experience too. Did you order white?
