Any Hilton Head Island brides for June 2020?

We are HHI wedding 6.3.20! We have until 4/29 to make a final decisions, but we know our parents won’t be joining us 😔 if we do get to have it on time. We do have a backup plan in the works to get married here in Ohio on 6.3.20 if our first plan falls through. So sad, I’ve been done planning for 15 months now and having to start over on a time crunch now is so upsetting. All the vendors in HHI have been awesome And understandings EXCEPT the photographer... Tara I certainty understand. The culture in HH is awesome; everyone I had to reschedule with was very accommodating as well. Hilton Head is one of our favorite beaches to visit that's close to home.

I too am in the same boat as you. I've lost both of my birth parents and it's very important for me to have my step mother whose been in my life since the 4th grade and her now husband of 24 years and with their age I feel they still wont be comfortable traveling and mingling in June. Good luck! I'm sure you would be a beautiful bride.

I'm so sorry you've already had to reschedule once and may have to do it again. Has your venue offered any advice re: the timeline to postpone (again)? Do you have a back-up plan?

I've had my step mommy and papa cancel, along with my half sister and step brother. I'm trying to push through and pretend it doesn't bother me but it does because we all have been there for each other through thick and thin. I much rather they not come since they don't feel comfortable about the pandemic and deep down I understand.
The resort and all my vendors has been very accommodating; the only thing we're waiting on now is the new beach permit. June 20th it is and I can't wait to marry my soulmate....

No worries at all! Everyone needs a break from time to time, and that's especially true right now.
