I will be 41 on April 2nd. It's both our first marriage.

I dont have a theme exactly..i wanted garden-y inspired centerpieces and bouquets. Our colors are royal blues and lavenders/purples with silver accents.

I'm wearing an a-lined wedding dress. The wedding will be in a church and banquet hall. Overall traditional, with about 300 people. Our family (nieces/nephews/siblings) are in the bridal party.

Close, but no cigar. I'll be 36 on my wedding day. I've never been married before. We're doing a destination wedding in Mexico, so I guess "tropical" is our theme. And yes, i will be wearing a wedding dress.

I was 50 and both of us were married with grown children. We did all the usual wedding things just a smaller guest list. I wore a wedding dress and we chose a water location near our home for the event.

It was much more fun to plan a wedding in your 20's versus the 300 people affair that I had when I was 20, that my mother planned all of it.

I'm 53, this will be my second marriage and we're having an intimate wedding with no more than 60 family members and closest friends. Our wedding is on a 10 acre estate on the river. I said yes to the dress!

I will be 43 on my wedding day. It's my first (hopefully only) marriage.

I was going to go with a vineyard theme...but themes are too much work. I can barley figure out my colors. So, no theme.

I don't plan on spending much on a dress...I've always thought that was ridiculous. Hopefully, I can find something I love for less than $200. I'm hoping to have a fun, casual wedding/reception & not spend gobs & gobs of money.

I was 43 when we married. My first wedding and his second. No theme. Yes I wore a full on wedding dress. It was fairly small, around 60 people and we had both the ceremony and reception in the same room at a winery.

I will be 43 when we get married. It's my first wedding, his second. Keeping it low key, beach and bbq. I am not wearing a wedding dress but did find the perfect sundress to wear.

I admit I feel goofy sometimes...like I am too old to be a giddy bride Smiley sad. I wanted to get a bride sweatshirt to get ready in but then felt silly...cripes, I am old enough to have a married daughter!

I am 41 this year and this is my second marriage. FH's first.

I am wearing a white wedding gown, and having a small (50 guests) rooftop wedding with a Fall theme.

@ Tania - Whatttt???? I thought you were in your 20's (based on your pic) and then in a few other posts you mentioned your daughters I figured they were young...then a little more info that they were teens obviously I knew you couldn't be in your 20s, but I would've never thought 41!

I'm so bad at age, but everyone's pics I think they are much younger!

Im 51 and a widow. This will be my 3rd. Fh 51 andhis first marriage. We really dont have a theme, unless you count "no theme, just the necessities"! Lol We are having an immediate family wedding (38) in a Lutheran church, and a dinner reception at a steakhouse restaurant. Not wearing a wedding dress, but am wearing a MOB, midnight blue, tea length dress.

I'm 49, DH is 51. This is my 2nd wedding DH's first. We had a traditional church wedding with about 90 people, followed by a full on reception. I wore TWO wedding dresses, one for the church and the other for the reception. Our theme was "Welcome to Virginia" as almost all of our guests were from out of town.

@shonerk - you're never too old to be giddy. I wore a white robe to get ready in and my MOH had a matching one in pink.

I'll be 39 when we get married as will FH. This is our first and only marriage. We don't have a theme other than to get married. I'm wearing a dress just not a "wedding" dress. Our son will be 3 and we are going to have him walk with me down the aisle so I may match a dress to the vest he'll wear.

I was 40 the day of our wedding. It was my second marriage and DH's first. (I said marriage, not wedding. The first marriage was in the JoP's apartment with only my parents, sister, our older daughter and his family). We had a Christmas/winter theme with blue, silver and white as our colors. I wore a wedding gown and loved my wedding. I was lucky in that my DH really just wanted me to be happy and he was willing to have the wedding and honeymoon I wanted.

I was 49 when we got married - 50 this year! :-) 2nd marriage for both of us and he's six years younger than me. ;-) I wore a wedding dress because his first marriage was small and on a beach - not very "wedding-like" for him. He wanted to do the whole shebang and why not? Just because it was a 2nd marriage doesn't mean we're not worth a beautiful wedding - whatever that might mean.
