Anxiety before wedding

I have almost everything done. Just making final payments now. I'm having so much anxiety though. I'm breaking out and my hair is falling out.

I literally need to shake myself out of this.

Did any of you bride or grooms have so much anxiety before wedding?

Oh! And those bad wedding dreams have officially begun! Lol

    I feel the same way. I feel like I am going to forget something and I still have to buy a few things for my centerpieces. I am all kinds of emotions but I am looking forward to the wedding and my honeymoon.

    Same here! I know it's one day to remember and enjoy so I'm trying to take in all the planning.

    I'm looking forward to our honeymoon to relax. Lol

    Oh my goodness me too. Same thing! I'll probably have no hair left by the time the wedding rolls around lol. And had my first wedding dress nightmare last night! Almost there!!

    I'm excited but a bit nervous. hoping everything goes well. Last night i had the most awful realistic dream and had to wake up FH. I was relived when I woke up and it wasn't real but it really shook me up! UGH! I have 12 days and still have to finish the card box and make my guest book. Also need to do the wedding favors and find labels to put on them! Oy! Thank goodness for amazon prime!

    Oh, I'm a hot mess and I have months left. As soon as I get stressed, my stomach is instantly nauseous. My career took a huge change(more responsibility) on top of everything. I've been having panic attacks. I might be drugged on my wedding day.

    I was SOOO STRESSED about a month ago but now with only a few days to go I am feeling cool, just get some sweaty palms every now and again and pangs of excitement when I think about it. I am really excited but nervous (it's a big day with lots going on!) but I know it will be great. In your last 3 weeks take some time for yourself. If you love to workout or read or watch TV, DO IT. Allow yourself to have some lazy or just for you moments. You will be okay! (FWIW this is from someone with anxiety).
