Alternatives to Shakeology?

Just one more piece of advice I want to add, before you buy some of what is being suggested PLEASE read the ingredients.. if you cant understand or pronounce the list then you def shouldn't be drinking it...

I use GNC lean. I get mixed berry & peanut butter & chocolate powder. Most times I make them the night before. I mix them with yogurt, water, honey & fruit.

I like the nutrishop powder, it's like $65 for the large size container, which has about 57 servings in it. They have a few different flavors and have a rewards program as well.

I take these because I have a digestive system disorder that restricts me to only 2 solid meals a day, so I use this as my liquid meal for the day and am usually full for 4-5 hours after! They've also helped me build muscle substantially faster since I started 4 months ago.
