All in one invitations

Mercedes, on July 14, 2019 at 9:47 AM Posted in Planning 0 16
So I am looking into ordering all in one invitations where I am given clear transparent round tabs to seal the invitations, so no envelopes are necessary. Has any one had any experience with these types of invitations? I think I am worried most about the invitations getting dirty during the mailing process but maybe it’s not that big of a deal as I think. Looking forward to hearing back with any input! 😊

Try searching for them here. Someone just posted that she was having a problem with the folds splitting.

Agree with first poster someone had posted about issues with them. I think it also depends on the look you are going for. I looked Into these but we wanted a more formal look and we could not find anything that fit that.

I did mine off of minted. I was worried about the same thing. Honestly, everyone received them in decent condition being that mine were white. Obviously the inside is the important part. The rsvp cards i got back were marked up and people didnt realize the round clear stickers were perforated so they were a little roughed up and peeled. But i didnt mind since i could still read everything clearly.

Mine are just like yours...all-in-ones withe the clear stickers and I did a test one and it turned out fine! I was worried about that too...once we started getting them back there was smudge marks from the postal service but that was to be expected!

We used the all-in-one invites from Minted. No one's complained about theirs coming in bad shape yet. The problem we've run into is that the center seal is ripping some people's invites when they open it which is right by our address on the RSVP cards. Someone mentioned they had to tape down over our address to make sure none of it ripped off. I think is is because we pressed out invites under something heavy before sending to make them flatter and less likely to get messed up in the mail.

I ordered the all in one and I had issues ordering and not getting my complete order, however as far as the look and practicality of them, I love them! I am starting to get rsvps back, and they are a bit "dirty", but mostly from the post office's doing and it's all still very legible. I'm getting tons of compliments on the style and invites weren't super important to us, so I don't regret going with them at all. Here's our invites.

The sticker to seal them goes on the mailing address on the RSVP card. I received all the RSVPs cards back, but they were a little roughed up from people opening the invitation. I could see a case where the address could rip and there would be difficulty mailing the card back. All in all I liked them, but that was the big unforseen downfall.

I used these and absolutely loved them. I had no issues. I thought they were much easier to deal with than the invites with lots of inserts and cards and holders/etc.

Hey Mercedes! Did you decide to proceed with these invitations with an envelope?

If you go to Minted they have free samples. I just ordered a few so I could get a feel for what they look like and quality. If you are not crunched for time I would recommend that.

I've received these types of invitations and they usually come through looking just fine.
