Alamour wedding dress

Is this for an online order? I wouldn’t do it if you’re ordering online and won’t be able to try the dress in person. It would take near perfect reviews on multiple forums to give me the confidence in a non-returnable wedding dress I’m ordering online (and I’m saying this as someone who got my dress from a shop on Etsy).

With as many scams as exist online, I would not be comfortable with that. Especially if you can’t try it on in person. Reviews exist for a reason.

The AlamourTheLabel seems legit but they also seem to have a cancellation policy. But their site seems to have minimal bridal gowns. One thing that helps suggest it is legit is when the background behind the models is repeated for dresses of the same year.

View Quoted Comment I used Vicky Mermaid Bridal. The process itself ended up being very stressful, as it took way longer than estimated which would have been fine but she wasn’t honest about it. But I also ordered a dress completely from scratch instead of one of her designs, and based on the reviews I think people who ordered her actual designs got their dresses pretty quickly. And even I will admit that now that I have my dress and it’s been tailored to fit me properly, I love it. So I think it’s fine, but check Reddit in addition to Etsy reviews for any stores you’re considering. Reddit reviews tend to be way more detailed with better photos.
