After wedding dresses

We are having a small elopement style wedding (more just us and our parents). Our ceremony and photos are only 30 minutes long and we will be done. Our wedding is at 12:30 so we will have the rest of the day to enjoy being newlyweds. I was thinking of getting a simple dress(not wedding) to wear after when we go out. Something that looks bridal but not screaming it. Or should I just opt for comfort? I'm not exactly sure what all we will be doing after. My wedding in in April in Gatlinburg TN and I have no idea what the weather is like then. Recommendations and pics would be great!

I think you could find something bridal and casual and comfortable. Perhaps even a white romper or something? Or a short white dress

I was thinking of a white dress, i just wish I knew how the weather is that time of year. I know here in KY it's all over the place. We have had snow the first week of April, or it's been hot. I may wait closer to time to find something,unless I find something I just can't pass up.

Yes!!! I couldn't agree more. Plus my hair and makeup will be done. My hairdresser suggested we put babys breath pins in my hair for after my veil is off. That way we can get a few photos after with it off as well. She's going to make it easy for my veil to be removed by my mom or his mom without messing up my hair. There is a scenic overlook looking at downtown Gatlinburg with mountains in the back that we are going to have photos taken at after. They won't be professional photos but I figured between all of our phones and my camera and my dads camers we could get some good shots.
