After the wedding

We had a month-of coordinator for our wedding. She stayed until the end of the reception and worked with our venue events team to tear-down the ballroom and have all our decor delivered to our suite. (She was so nice as to bring my bouquet too, which I totally forgot about!)

Our day of Coordinator was wasted and it was supposed to be his task.

My husband and I changed into PJs and cleaned up.

We will just be making sure there is no trash left out ie: paper plates, silverware and cups ect. And leaving the rest to be torn down the next day before we leave for the honeymoon.

My sister in law, who was also gracious enough to be our decorator (she's a professional event planner) did the bulk of the breakdown along with a helper, and we ran around collecting stuff along with parents and best man and a groomsman. We were the last people at the venue.

Our DOC will clean everything up and my mom will take the decor home with her so we can pick it up after the honeymoon.

I grabbed some stuff with my husband and groomsman when we left the reception venue but the next day our venue said we forgot stuff aha so we picked up more things. I didn't really forget it was moreso unimportant to me but that's ok

Our venue will let me come back the next day and pick everything up. The actual clean up is handled by them, as well.
