After Reception Send Off Ideas?

Paper lanterns which may get pricey but would look awesome! have you thought about brightening up you exit so you could do something more legal? ooo or you could use glow sticks, or glow in the dark fabric and make wands or do something cool like that it would be a mini light show just for you two

I kinda doubt you can do paper lanterns (fire) if you can't do sparklers.

I cannot believe you're not allowed sparklers. Really. That's just unamerican.

Hmmm.... I'm being silly, but who knows, there's probably a business that does it. Round up all the little ones in your families, set them loose in a field and have them catch 1,000,000 fireflies and let them out of their mason jars at your departure.

Ugh... I can't think of anything. I kinda like the tinsel and glowstick ideas.

We did bubbles...sorry, no pics here at work of it, but the bubbles reflected the flash of the camera, so it's a neat picture.

We threw leis at a friend's wedding, I thought that was really cute. They were going to Hawaii for their honeymoon, so they incorporated that into their send-off. They just used the cheapo ones you find at a party store. Maybe you can think of something fun that would incorporate your honeymoon? If your car is parked near the entrance, there should be enough lights between the venue's lights and your photographer's flashes to capture whatever you decide on.

What about having everyone hold up there mobile device as if they were in a concert?

Maybe a papparazzi send off? Everyone flashing cameras?
