After 6 Wedding Attire Advice Please! If the groom wears a tux, can the groomsmen wear suits?

I personally think ties finish the look. I personally look of all the men in tux. The groom will stand out no matter what, but if you want idea to make him pop you could give him a larger boutineer or have him in a different color tie.

For consistency’s sake I would have all the boys in tuxedos. It’s very easy to make the groom stand out with a different vest/tie, different boutonnière, etc. A tuxedo would look very odd being such a formal suit without a tie to complete it. If the groomsmen wear blush bow ties, you could put the groom in the classic black bow tie, or white/silver. You could also have a different, more formal jacket for the groom. (Shawl collar, white jacket, navy and black jacket, etc)

Ok I have a similar situation and we realized he IS going to stand out from the crowd he’s the GROOM lol.
and everyone knows it have everyone wear tuxes it makes everyone in the wedding party feel important and brings everything together!!

Hey Mia! I personally love the cohesive look of all of the groomsmen in a tux! The groom will definitely stand out, no matter what they are wearing! I like the idea above of having him have a different color boutonnière!
