Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on affordable venues for a small wedding? Preferably a place where we could stay and have the wedding in the same place.

Hi Rasheeda! Have you tried using WeddingWire's local venue search? I'd specifically target inns, resorts, and hotel venues where you can also stay on site: Find Local Wedding Venues.
The Beaufort Inn and John Rutledge House Inn both look like beautiful venues, and The Francis Marion also looks like it checks a lot of your boxes! Or if you're feeling beachy check out The Beach House Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort, Fripp Island Golf & Beach Resort, and The Cottages on Charleston Harbor.
